Originally from New York and after 10 years of training in Amsterdam, I, Roberto Romeo, have now moved to the vibrant city of Dubai! I am not just a personal trainer and a certified masseur, but a maestro of physical and mental well-being. I have honed my skills and deepened my knowledge since getting certified in 2007, always staying at the forefront of fitness trends and methodologies.Working for +30 years in premiere sports clubs worldwide such as in Costa Rica, The Netherlands, and Italy has enriched my approach to fitness. Depending on your preference, I offer 30-45 minute workout sessions complemented by a revitalizing and de-stressing massage, preparing you to seize the day or unwind after an exhausting one.My wellness massage begins with a relaxing, decongesting massage to enhance oxygen levels in your muscles, paving the way for complete relaxation. The second phase involves a deep hand pressure massage on fatigued areas, providing instant relief to inflamed regions caused by improper muscle movements.
